Do you have a sense that God is calling you to something more? Are you looking for simple yet innovative ways to plant God’s Kingdom in your neighborhood? Are you looking for ways to multiply the church in unique environments with minimal cost and no overhead? Whichever your case, Organic Church University will provide you with the training and resourcing you need to go to that next level.
OCU presents participants with a truly missional ecclesiology – a presentation of church as a missional family. Imagine if your church’s purpose didn’t center around ‘church’ but on Jesus’ mission to redeem the world. The gates of Hades will not prevail against that church! OCU gives participants time to reflect on where they’ve been and to seek God’s direction on where they are going. Without rushing through, OCU returns us to Jesus’ missional principles and reconnects participants with Jesus’ teachings about and ways of viewing the church. During the training, participants will explore a variety of organic expressions of church – from first and second century church to present day organic church movements throughout the world - as well as proven and simple ways to unleash disciples who make disciples who make disciples.
This is a great training experience for college and university students, retired clergy, visionary believers who feel compelled to go and make disciples, frustrated or discouraged pastors and youth pastors who are looking for new and creative ways to engage their culture, church planters without money and current Organic leaders looking for further training and development. Participants can come with a limited understanding and leave with a plan; or participants who may already be doing Organic ministries can leave with tools to help them multiply and expand what God is already doing. |

Jesus always used natural metaphors to explain the essence and growth of the Kingdom of God. The Organic Church Planters' Greenhouse is designed to bring back the organic nature of God's kingdom and rediscover what a healthy living church ought to be like.
The Greenhouse is a relational context for leaders from a city or region to gather together in a supportive environment and learn more about church and church planting from one another and the Scriptures. It intends to provide a safe place for leaders and churches to learn, grow, flourish and reproduce.
The Greenhouse – co-written trainings by Neil Cole and Paul Kaak - have two stories or levels. There are two regional weekend intensive trainings that are experienced a year apart so that the learning is current with the demands of ministry in a "just-in-time" fashion. These trainings are followed by regular monthly gatherings. Greenhouse sites are springing up around the U.S. and world.

Is it the responsibility of a sinner to leave their culture to find Jesus or is it the responsibility of a missionary to leave their culture to share Jesus? This is a foundational question that drives this 1 hour workshop on developing a missionary strategy for America and the cultures that surround the church culture today. This is designed to engage local churches, districts, or groups of people desiring to develop a missionary mindset for USA/Canada. This is also a great presentation for the conventional church that desires an organic missional heartbeat.
