Registration

Connect to the Network Thank you for your desire to connect with the Nazarene Organic Church Network. By connecting with the network your organic church will be identified on our map providing others an opportunity to connect with you. Connecting with the network also connects you with a body of like minded believers and missional thinkers who are learning together, encouraging one another, and impacting our world beyond our own missional context. If you have a Nazarene Organic Church (also called: house church, simple church, etc) and would like to connect to the Nazarene Organic Church Network please fill out the following form. Please note: for your church to appear on the map you must fill in the address for a meeting location. If you meet in multiple locations simply use the same address as the mailing address. After you have connected with the network, if you are interested in registering your church as a CTM (Church Type Mission) with the Church of the Nazarene, thus acquiring a Church ID number and 501c3 status, please click here for more information.
